The Centenario’s design is striking and functional. Its body, made entirely from carbon fiber, emphasizes lightweight construction while enhancing performance. A new aerodynamic package sets the Centenario apart. The twin-plane front splitter, massive rear diffuser, and active twin-deck rear wing generate up to 227 kg of downforce at 280 km/h, ensuring stability and grip. Airflow is further optimized with strategically placed side blades, enhancing both aesthetics and efficiency.

At the heart of the Centenario is a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine, tuned to deliver an exhilarating 770 PS (759 hp) at 8,500 rpm and 690 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. This makes it the most powerful V12 Lamborghini of its time. Paired with a 7-speed ISR automated manual gearbox and all-wheel drive, the Centenario rockets from 0–100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 350 km/h.
